What was the highlight of NH Johannesburg Sandton
Overall my stay was good there is room for improvement and your suites are overpriced.
Breakfast, Room (suite) spacious and comfortable, in room a la carte dinning was great, ample guest parking space.
Lunch buffet was not good with very limited choice. It takes time to access the underground parking as delivery vehicles and guests share the same road. Delivery vehicles often block the access to the parking and delay guests from entering the parking or exiting the hotel.

i liked the way was received at reception and the assistace they gave me to secure a room since i had no booking. the size of the room and comfy bed.

Good and Makaya was lovely and helpful like most of the staff. Enjoyed the breakfast
It was clean and the staff on whole were pleasant. Breakfast was great however, dinner can do with improvement and more variety than have the same limited options. We ended having to eat out at the mall for better food and options.
Was also disappointed where the hotel billed me for dinner when I had already paid and this was done three time. My explanation was not believed and payment was insisted it was only days later when I saw the waitress who works during grave hours was able to confirm that she had taken payment for the two days we had dinner however, the hotel still insisted that I provide proof for the third dinner. I was really upset of their incompetence until I was able to find receipts by chance as I had disposed most of the receipts. This made me very late for my appointment and the taxi waited for over 30 minutes while my mother and me tried to resolve the issue. It was three mistakes from 3 people from the front desk. There should be more training provided and they must have the ability to leave notes on the computer for the next worker to pick up and know where things were left off as I need to explain every time to somebody else.
